You will answer phones, greet guests, manage messages, and assist with basic office tasks while supporting a team focused on delivering excellent customer service for the RV lifestyle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred.
• Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge or ability to learn company systems such as Systems2K.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate; may transfer to voicemail when unavailable.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for personnel.
• Provides callers with information about address, directions, fax numbers, website, etc.
• Keeps reception area clean and stocked with refreshments.
• Coordinates pickup/delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Assists with ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies.
• Assists with related clerical duties (photocopying, faxing, filing).
• Other duties as needed by management.
