Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Guest Services Specialist for an on-site role in New York. You will greet visitors, manage conference room bookings, and coordinate with facilities teams to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, customer service and mobility to move around the workplace; experience in corporate or legal settings is a plus. This position offers a competitive hourly range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate or legal environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume communication via email, Teams, and in person.
• Comfort moving around the workplace rather than staying behind a reception desk.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage day-to-day experience of conference rooms, visitor offices and MPR spaces.
• Be aware of arriving clients, candidates, visiting employees and guests to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
• Provide an elevated experience with proactive, engaged communication and collaboration.
