Opensity Solutions in New York is seeking a Hospitality Associate to deliver an elevated guest experience, greet guests, respond to requests, and coordinate with internal teams to uphold high service standards.

You will set up meeting rooms with furniture and AV, provide meals for meetings, and inspect spaces to ensure they are clean, stocked, and welcoming. The role involves flexible support for events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and handle carts up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated concierge-level guest experience from greeting to follow-up.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms with furniture and AV; provide meals for events.
• Inspect floors and spaces to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Organize visiting offices and workspace areas daily.
• Assist with miscellaneous service requests and special projects.
• Utilize room booking and scheduling software to manage tasks.
• Provide after-hours event support as needed.
