Responsibilities

• Be thoroughly acquainted with check-in procedures and policies.
• Be thoroughly acquainted with check-out procedures and policies.
• Be thoroughly acquainted with reservations procedures and policies.
• Be familiar with guest scenarios.
• Be familiar with all Front Desk technical equipment.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities.
• Be familiar with inter-department relationships.
• Be familiar with Guest Services functions to assist during peak times.
• Be familiar with PBX functions to assist with incoming calls.
• Accept other duties as required by management.
• Work with Front Office Manager to ensure daily shift checklist completion.
• Use computer, printer, telephone, copier, fax.
