Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent/PBX Operator to deliver a five-star welcome and departure experience. You will greet guests, provide information about the hotel and local area, and extend our full range of upscale amenities, ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure.

You will process check-ins and check-outs, handle folios and payments, route calls, wake-up requests, and coordinate with Concierge, Bell-Door, and Ideal Services to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front desk roles.
• Ability to input data accurately into computer systems.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Omni standards.
• Empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
• Set up accurate guest accounts according to preferences (room type, payment).
• Block rooms in the computer and pre-register designated guests.
