Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome visitors, answer calls, take messages, and direct guests to the right associates, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth front-desk operations. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, about one year of experience, strong interpersonal and telephone skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Provides callers with information about the company and directions.
• Keeps reception areas clean and stocked with refreshments.
• Coordinates pickup/delivery of express mail (FedEx/UPS).
• Assists with ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Performs related clerical duties (photocopying, faxing, filing).
• Other duties as needed by management.
