StudioRes by Marriott in Fort Myers is seeking a Front Desk Associate who will be the hub of hotel activity, welcoming guests and handling check-ins with friendliness and efficiency. You will be the face of the property, ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards.

The role covers public area cleaning and laundry support, plus resolving guest concerns, posting charges and processing payments while staying within hotel safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
• Promptly manage guest concerns or issues and ensure satisfaction in a timely manner
• Post guest charges, collect payments and follow cash handling procedures
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism
• Be knowledgeable of hotel brand programs and promotions
• Communicate effectively with other departments and management about guest comments
• Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
• Know hotel safety and emergency procedures
