Job summary

Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort and Spa is seeking a guest-focused professional for front desk operations. You will check in guests, verify reservations via SpaSoft, process all payment types, and ensure accurate closing of daily reports.

You will respond to guest calls and requests, coordinate with departments, and provide local information while maintaining a high standard of appearance and professionalism. This role is on-site at our Fort Myers Beach location.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations via SpaSoft.
• Handle all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, debit or credit.
• Process check-outs and resolve any issues or disputes.
• Answer, record, and respond to guest calls, messages, and requests.
• Coordinate with Spa departments to track service readiness.
• Provide directions and information about property and local area.
