General Hotels Corporation's TownePlace Suites Fort Myers Gulf Coast is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead the Front Desk and guest services teams, ensuring a stellar guest experience and adherence to brand standards.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with sales, manage nightly operations, and contribute to budgeting and reporting while maintaining service excellence and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping and front desk supervision.
• Must be guest focused and able to problem solve during challenging times.
• Must speak fluent English; bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license and current insurance.
• Experience with budgets and P&L is preferred.
• Must be able to regularly work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of the operation and service for the Rooms and Guest Services Departments.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help improve team member performance and morale.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
• Address team member and guest complaints and advise on corrective actions.
• Complete accurate monthly forecasting for department revenue outlets.
• Monitor budget and control expenses with focus on labor cost.
