Job summary

StudioRes by Marriott in Fort Myers is seeking a Front Desk Associate who will be the hub of hotel activity, welcoming guests and handling check-ins with friendliness and efficiency. You will be the face of the property, ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards.

The role covers public area cleaning and laundry support, plus resolving guest concerns, posting charges and processing payments while staying within hotel safety procedures.

Front Desk & Guest Care - StudioRes by Marriott

We are looking for people that have a passion for excellent customer care! This position is extremely hands on, providing public area cleaning and laundry support while covering the front desk.

Lightspeed experience desirable but not required.

Working at the Front Desk means you are THE hub of hotel activity and manage more guest interactions than any other member of the staff. Your role is key to the overall quality of a guest's stay. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring literally will define the Guest Experience.

Responsibilities: As a Front Desk Associate you are responsible for giving our guests the best hospitality experience, they can have. You will achieve this by:
