Job summary

SPS is seeking a polished Receptionist to be the first point of contact and the brand ambassador for our Atlanta office. You will greet guests, manage calls, and ensure security and access systems run smoothly while supporting mail, hospitality, and facilities tasks.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of front-desk experience, be highly organized, and maintain a professional demeanor with strong English communication. This on-site role emphasizes guest experience and office operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional receptionist/concierge experience preferred.
• Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and busy front-desk environments.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be physically active.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors warmly, manage the digital guest log, and follow security protocols (NDAs).
• Route global calls with discretion and a business-first attitude.
• Issue badges and manage access cards for facility security.
• Cross-train in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support to keep the office running smoothly.
• Set up high-tech conference rooms and arrange catering for meetings to ensure success.
• Keep reception, barista, and pantry areas pristine and stocked.
