Hotel Maren Fort Lauderdale Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out, ensure room assignments and assist with inquiries. The ideal candidate will bring front desk experience or a strong customer service background, fluency in English, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in a hotel setting is ideal, but we will train the right candidate.
• Strong communication, listening, and written skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including days, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with general office software and customer service tools.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and manage guest information at check-in/check-out.
• Distribute keys, assign rooms and respond to inquiries to ensure a superior stay.
• Answer general questions and provide exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
