Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out.
• Verify ID and payment credentials; obtain authorizations and maintain folio accuracy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering on room readiness and service recovery.
• Run end-of-shift reports and reconcile cash drawers.
• Upsell room types and amenities; promote on-site outlets and local partners.
• Answer phones and emails promptly; provide information about the property and local area.
• Follow PCI, key-control procedures, and privacy standards.
