Job summary

Sherman Associates seeks an Assistant General Manager for Sheraton Duluth to support all hotel operations and guest/employee satisfaction. You will assist the GM in staffing, brand compliance, and financial performance while leading teams and upholding standards.

Responsibilities include daily property walkthroughs, labor management, and collaboration on sales/marketing efforts. This role requires a strong hospitality background, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Hospitality or Business emphasis preferred.
• Significant management and customer service experience required; front office/yield management/housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with operational and financial management of the property.
• Complete daily property walk and report to GM on guest rooms, public areas, and grounds.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, procedures, and brand standards.
