East West Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Agent for Snowmass Mountain Lodging in Snowmass Village, CO. You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, payments, and pre-arrival communications to ensure a seamless stay.

Great hospitality skills and solid communication are valued. Flexible schedule with some nights, weekends, and holidays; health and life insurance, ski pass, 401(k) match, PTO, paid sick time, and more offered. Start ASAP; apply by 9/30/2026.

Qualifications

• Guest services experience recommended.
• Strong hospitality skills and positive guest relations.
• Good communication (verbal/written) and listening.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Teams, Excel.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Warmly welcome guests and owners, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs, payments, and pre-arrival communications.
• Address maintenance and housekeeping requests, and perform inspections.
• Sort and deliver packages and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Assist with arrival/departure inspections and related duties.
• Assist with package/luggage deliveries up to 100 lbs.
