East West Hospitality seeks a Front Desk Agent for Snowmass Mountain Lodging in Snowmass Village, CO. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and coordinate concierge tasks to ensure a flawless stay.

The role offers a flexible schedule, hourly pay of $25, and benefits including health and life insurance, a ski pass, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more. Prior guest services experience and basic computer skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• Guest Services experience recommended, not required.
• Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and owners, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures and concierge support.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and pre-arrival communication for a seamless stay.
• Address maintenance and housekeeping requests and conduct property inspections several times daily.
• Sort and deliver packages and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.
• Assist with arrival/departure inspections and other duties as needed.
• Assist with package and luggage delivery up to 100 lbs.
