The Gant in Aspen, Colorado, is seeking a Front Desk professional to deliver exceptional guest services, manage registrations, and act as the central communication hub for the property.

This full-time position requires friendly, professional English communication, flexibility for nights and weekends, and comfort with hotel software. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction in a lively mountain resort setting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Effective communication in English with guests and staff.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with hotel computer systems is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Maintain the front desk as a communication center for the property and staff.
• Register guests and maintain accurate guest information, including charges.
• Maintain cash drawer and petty cash accounting.
• Provide accurate information about The Gant and local attractions.
• Handle mail, messages, and deliveries for guests and homeowners.
• Ensure front desk and office areas are clean and safe.
• Support emergency procedures and safety guidelines.
