Job summary

Legacy Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Host to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures at our Albuquerque property.

You will deliver a warm, professional check-in experience, handle payments, coordinate with housekeeping, and adapt to flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior hotel or guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
• Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
