Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and team members.
• Exceptional guest service focus to create elevated experiences.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and anticipation of guest needs.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Comfort with reservation systems, POS, and Microsoft/Google platforms (basic).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of positive and professional interaction with guests and coworkers.
• Work with back of house teams to fulfill guest needs and requests.
• Focus on guest experience and resolve concerns with care and tact.
• Introduce guests to Heritage’s story and property experience.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on events, amenities, attractions and dining.
