Job summary

Fitness Connection in Houston is hiring for our Front Desk Hospitality team. As a Front Desk teammate, you will directly impact the experience of our Members and Guests by delivering energetic hospitality and a welcoming environment.

You will greet members, manage check-ins, handle guest registrations, answer phones, and assist with basic retail duties at the ProShop. Strong communication and a friendly,service-minded attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet members warmly and manage check-ins.
• Basic arithmetic and POS handling skills.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer phones promptly with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant.
• Maintain front desk area and keep it neat and organized.
• Open and close duties as needed.
• Promote retail items in PROSHOP and process sales with POS.
