Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and check them in using proper procedures.
• Answer calls promptly and direct inquiries.
• Register guests and route to Fitness Consultants as needed.
• Support pro shop with sales and merchandising.
• Handle member check-ins, balances, and information updates.
• Complete opening/closing duties and maintain a clean front desk area.
