Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests with EPIC hospitality standards.
• Check-in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with routing inquiries to Fitness Consultants as needed.
• Maintain a neat front desk and entryway; support other team members as required.
• Assist with ProShop promotions and POS transactions.
• Complete opening and closing duties and routine club cleaning.
