San Antonio Country Club is seeking a courteous Front Desk Staff member for our gym operations. You will greet members and guests, manage check-ins, and direct visitors to the appropriate fitness trainer.

Excellent customer service, strong communication, and professional phone manners are essential. The role includes maintaining a neat front desk, following opening/closing procedures, and supporting gym operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly with appropriate time-of-day greeting.
• Provide security and control to the gym.
• Check-in members using proper procedures.
• Direct guests to the appropriate fitness trainer.
• Answer phones professionally and take messages as needed.
• Follow up on telephone inquiries to confirm bookings.
• Address member requests and concerns immediately.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear proper uniform with nametag.
