Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will deliver exceptional service while keeping the club clean, welcoming, and organized, including locker rooms and bathrooms.

You will help with memberships, billing, renewals, and guide members to resources. A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist members with inquiries about membership options, policies, and services.
• Check-in members and handle billing/renewals at the front desk.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure club cleanliness and organization.
• Keep locker rooms and bathrooms clean, stocked, and well-presented throughout the day.
• Promote memberships, personal training and other Planet Fitness services.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve club goals and safety standards.
