Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality front desk or management roles.
• Familiarity with OPERA or similar PMS.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

• Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide outstanding service.
• Manage reservations accurately using PMS.
• Answer guest inquiries via phone with professional courtesy and provide local information.

• Follow safety protocols and incident reporting to protect guests and staff.
• Maintain records of stays, billing, and special requests with privacy in mind.
• Support night audit by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports.
