• Ability to answer guest questions about local restaurants and attractions.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, collect balances, post charges, make reservations, and handle room moves to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer calls with proper telephone etiquette and assist guests with local information about restaurants and attractions.
• Prepare night audit daily, respond to online reviews, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Process all incoming revenue from all departments daily, balance cash drawer, and run daily reports.
