Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking front desk associates for our Atlanta-area hotel. Weekdays and weekends shifts run from 7am to 3:30pm or 3:00pm to 11:30pm (schedule subject to change based on business needs). Applications submitted without a resume will not move forward.

Must have weekly open availability and be able to work either shift. As a front desk team member you are at the hub of the guest experience, providing proactive, courteous service, handling guest charges, mail and messages, and

Qualifications

• Must have weekly open availability.
• Must be able to work either shift (7am–3:30pm or 3:00pm–11:30pm).
• Applications submitted with a resume are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
• Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner.
• Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures as required by Concord.
• Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
• Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
• Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
• Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
