• Work with the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs to ensure a seamless workflow
• Handle all financial matters – including credit card and cash transactions – securely and accurately
• Anticipate guests’ needs and maximize the guest experience
• Collaborate with team members to foster a hospitable, customer-focused environment
