Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure a seamless stay at our property.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager and the rest of the property team to deliver outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures and throughout their stay.

• Handle all financial transactions securely and accurately.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and maximize the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a hospitable, customer-focused environment.
