Job summary

The-D-Las-Vegas is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service during check-in and check-out, manage reservations, and provide information and assistance to guests as needed. You will greet guests by name and handle payments while issuing keys to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management
• Have basic math skills
• Must have previous cash handling experience
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with team members and guests
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out process
• Accurately creating reservations and handling guest information
• Operate terminal and perform basic maintenance, issue keys
• Address guest questions and provide local information
• Assist supervisors with guests with special needs to protect assets and service quality
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior
• Maintain clean Front and Back of House areas and manage supplies
