Fargo Park District is seeking a customer service focused team member to create a welcoming and positive environment for guests. Responsibilities include checking in members and attendees, answering phones, selling memberships, and giving facility tours.

Additional tasks involve towel handling, greeting guests, processing payments, selling retail items, and operating the smoothie bar. Applicants must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Mansioni

• Check members and playground attendees in, answer phones, sell memberships and process membership changes, and give facility tours.
• Additional duties include washing, drying, and folding towels, greeting members on arrival and departure, taking payments, selling retail products, and operating the smoothie bar.
