Baseline Fitness in Fargo, ND is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet prospective and current members, drive new member sales, and create a positive member experience by delivering a superior level of customer service.

This role includes front desk tasks, answering phones, coordinating tours, assisting with sign-ups and cancellations, updating member accounts, and maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Take information calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and update member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
