Job summary

Guru Hospitality invites applications for a Front Desk Clerk to support Guest Service Agents with check-in and check-out while delivering outstanding service and profitability. You will assist with guest inquiries, provide directions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.

Collaboration with Front Office leadership and other departments is essential to ensure smooth guest experiences and positive working relationships across the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guest Service Agents and Front Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations.
• Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local attractions
• Assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships
• Provide or obtain accurate information
• Assist with guest check-in/out
• Respond to guest inquiries efficiently
• Provide directions and local recommendations
• Maintain hotel product knowledge
