Westgate Resorts in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/out, and handle guest requests with accuracy and care. You will process payments, assist with reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure seamless service.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong cash handling, and reliability. Weekend and holiday availability is required, including night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Experience handling cash, credit card transactions, or using a point-of-sale system is helpful.
• Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems.
• Must pass background check and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out following established procedures.
• Assist guests with inquiries, recommendations, and follow-up.
• Handle cashiering, folios, payments, and postings accurately.
• Manage reservations, confirmations, and modifications with care.
• Communicate with guests via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Uphold service standards and assist with other departments as needed.
