Job summary

Orbit One Vacation Villas in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a dedicated Front Desk associate to handle check-ins/outs, room assignments, payments, and guest inquiries. This is a full-time, hourly role with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping, assist guests, operate the phone system, and ensure accuracy of billing and room status. Flexible AM/PM shifts and a strong guest-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Vocational School Degree or Business Certification.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones using appropriate etiquette including answering the phone within 3 rings, with a smile in the voice, using the caller's name, transferring calls to the appropriate person/department, requesting permission before placing the caller on hold, taking and relaying messages.
• Speaks to guests and co-workers using clear, professional language.
• Discusses work topics with coworkers, supervisors, or managers discreetly and quietly.
• Activates room keys and reissues keys by verifying guest identity.
• Processes guest check-ins/check-outs, assigns rooms, and handles payments.
