Westgate Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at our Branson, MO property. You will greet guests, manage registrations and check-outs, handle room keys, and ensure accurate guest accounts with friendly, proactive service.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, adherence to Westgate’s values, and the ability to work weekends/holidays in a 3pm–11pm shift. Benefits are provided and earnings are paid via DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 15lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
