Travel + Leisure Co. in Kissimmee, FL is hiring a Guest Services Associate for the overnight shift (11pm–7am, Wed–Sun). You will welcome guests, assist with registrations, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous front desk or night audit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math and cash handling experience.
• Experience with front desk or night audit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests at check-in and issue room keys.
• Process cash and card transactions and balance cash receipts.
• Reserve and confirm reservations and provide information on the resort and area attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
