Westgate Leisure Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and deliver exceptional service in a welcoming, professional manner. You will provide local information, assist with reservations, and coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth stay.

Daily Pay is offered, and Westgate emphasizes guest satisfaction, integrity, and a positive attitude. Position requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays at the Orlando resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Register guests at check-in and check-out, manage keys and room assignments.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide information on local activities, dining, attractions, and resort amenities.
• Assist with VI program knowledge and reservation confirmations.
• Dispatch guest requests to Housekeeping/Engineering and follow up to completion.
• Maintain service databases and operational records; perform data entry.
• Handle petty cash and maintain accurate banking records.
• Encourage guests to complete the Your Opinion Counts survey.
• Support additional front desk duties as needed.
