Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver prompt, courteous service in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, friendly, personable, and reliable. This is a full-time position with hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, handling payments, answering calls, and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Medical and other benefits are typical for this level of role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience a plus.
• Strong math and calculator skills for day-to-day tasks.
• Clear, professional English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and register them using the computer system.
• Input guest details, assign rooms, and process payments accurately.
• Handle cash, credit cards and vouchers; balance as required.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages clearly to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns calmly and escalate to a supervisor when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and support areas throughout shift.
