Job summary

Sonesta Columbus, OH is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests from check-in to check-out, delivering friendly, efficient service and personalized hospitality.

You will assist with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and guest requests, using PMS and POS systems, while coordinating with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth, memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset; flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during check-in and check-out with personalized service.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and information.
• Process transactions using PMS and POS systems; handle cash accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Support VIP arrivals and group check-ins as needed.
