As a Front Desk Agent, you would greet and register guests, handle check-in/out, use the POS system, and help ensure a seamless guest experience while supporting financial profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front Desk Agent or in a high-volume guest-facing role.
• Excellent customer service skills and a guest-first mindset.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate hotel systems.
• IHG brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, and assist with check-out while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Operate the point-of-sale system, process payments, and handle various forms of payment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information, upsell services, and local area amenities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
