Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities include maintaining the lobby, assisting guests with information about rates, amenities, and local attractions, and ensuring secure handling of keys and confidential information. Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality-related experience.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front office and lobby organization and supplies to provide a clean and enjoyable experience.
• Uphold friendly, courteous telephone service and interactions with guests and fellow employees.
• Coordinate with guests from arrival to departure via reservations, wake up calls, check-in/check-out, routing needs and special requests.
• Preserve security and privacy of guest rooms and administrative keys.
• Communicate with management and staff through reports and guest feedback.
• Receive and forward guest and hotel mail, packages, and transmissions.
• Maximize revenues through sales strategy and outstanding customer service.
