Job summary

ADERO Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations and room assignments. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless arrival-to-departure experience and contribute to guest satisfaction and loyalty scores.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing payments, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining accurate information about the property and local area.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on occupancy.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Assign rooms and manage reservations, upgrades, and special requests.
• Answer and route calls professionally through the PBX and communications functions.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Process payments, post charges, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Bell Services on room readiness and guest arrivals.
