Job summary

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver five‑star welcome and departure experiences. You will interact with guests, provide hotel information, and coordinate with Concierge, Bell/Guest Services, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless stays.

The role requires excellent communication, accurate data entry, and the ability to work under pressure during busy check-in/check-out periods.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience.
Previous hotel front desk experience is strongly preferred.
Previous cashiering experience is preferred.
Previous guest relations training is preferred.

Responsibilities

Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Moments of Service and SOPs.
Empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
Set up accurate accounts for each guest checking in according to preferences.
Block rooms in the computer and follow through on designated requirements.
Pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets.
Communicate guest information to designated departments.
Maintain confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
Understand and execute all Omni accounting standards for folios and charges.
Maintain guest history files and accommodate room changes expediently.
Document all guest requests or problems and ensure follow-up for guest satisfaction.
Monitor, send and distribute guest mail and packages.
Generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports.
Resolve discrepancies on room status with Housekeeping.
