Job summary

ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection® seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team, oversee guest services, and uphold high service standards. You will coordinate with housekeeping and room service, ensure confidential handling of guest information, and resolve issues with sound judgment to maintain a welcoming, efficient lobby experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• At least 2 years in front desk or guest service roles in hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in hotel or resort.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage check-in/check-out using Opera or similar PMS.
• Ensure confidentiality of guest information and discretion.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and room service to address requests.
• Train new staff and coach ongoing performance.
• Monitor daily front office operations including cash handling, reservations, billing.
• Identify and resolve issues to maintain positive guest experience.
• Prepare and maintain reports on front desk activities and guest feedback.
