Job summary

Highgate Hotels at TownePlace Suites Springfield seeks a Front Office Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout, while helping maximize room revenue and guest satisfaction.

You will handle guest inquiries, cash handling, and rate quotes, maintain knowledge of promotions, and work with the front desk system. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, college coursework in related field is a plus, and prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred or related customer service background.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries about restaurants, transportation, and local attractions.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies and stay aware of promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and in-house events.
• Operate front desk systems and complete shift paperwork accurately.
