Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Office Agent at Springhill Suites Manchester, NH. You will provide friendly, efficient service during check-in, stay, and checkout, while maximizing occupancy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a positive, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. College coursework is helpful, and prior hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests during check-in, stay, and checkout.
• Answer inquiries regarding restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies.
• Be familiar with rates, packages, and promotions.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and complete shift paperwork.
• Balance and close shift per hotel standards.
• Promote promotions and guest programs and maintain a clean work area.
