Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Office Agent at TownePlace Suites Springfield to deliver attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout while supporting occupancy goals.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and computer experience; prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred. You will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and rate queries, coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• College coursework in a related field is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout.
• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, and local activities.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be familiar with rates, packages and promotions as listed in the Red Book.
• Be familiar with in-house groups and rate quotations.
