Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
• Post charges accurately and efficiently for all guest transactions.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office system for daily transactions.
• Manage cash handling including accepting payments and making change.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Follow cancellation and relocation procedures when needed.
