Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out promptly and professionally, assist with pre-registration and blocking reservations when needed.
• Post charges accurately and efficiently for all guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of Front Office systems and daily hotel operations.
• Handle cash, checks and credit card information securely and make change as required.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates and discounts and how to apply them.
• Process same‑day reservations and follow cancellation/relocation procedures.
